refactor(components): rewrite List component
* change `items` prop to children
* replace `kind` prop with `isHierarchical`, `isOrdered` & `isInline` props
* add `hideMarker` prop
* add `spacing` prop to control item spacing
* move lists styles to Sass placeholders to avoid repeats because of
headless WordPress
