refactor(components): rewrite Link component
* rename `external` prop to `isExternal`
* rename `download` prop to `isDownload`
* rewrite CSS to reduce code length and complexity
* move link styles in Sass placeholders to avoid repeats because of WordPress
articles
* move NavLink component to molecules
