refactor(components): rewrite Button and ButtonLink components

Both:
* move styles to Sass placeholders

Button:
* add `isPressed` prop to Button
* add `isLoading` prop to Button (to differentiate state from
disabled)

ButtonLink:
* replace `external` prop with `isExternal` prop
* replace `href` prop with `to` prop
